Our Lake Oconee Area has some of the finest golf course in the Country. We have ten of the finest golf courses, which all offer different challenges to golfers of every degree.
Reynolds Landing
Formally known as Port Armo, has recently been purchased by Reynolds Plantation which led to the name change. The course offers many challenges to its players and breathtaking views of the lake. This course was designed by Bob Cupp and has ranked top ten in Georgia for many years.
Reynolds Plantation
Offers four courses for play along with a fifth under construction. The Plantation course opened in 1988 was designed by Bob Cupp, along with golf pros Fuzzy Zoeller and Hubert Green. The Great Waters course which opened in 1992 was designed by Jack Nicklaus and has nine of its holes on the shores of Lake Oconee.
The National Course
Designed by Tom Fazio in 1997 has 27 holes with breathtaking views looking down on the Lake. The Oconee Course, created by Rees Jones offers many unique and challenging holes for the resort guests and brings them back for more time and time again. The Creek Club, designed by Jin Engh, 2007 Reynolds Plantation’s first-ever private golf course with rolling bunkers, Zoysia grass fairways and breathtaking views of the lake. At last but not least The Richland Club, designed by Pete Dye which is currently under development and will be the communities, second members, only course.
Harbor Club
This course designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish opened in April 1991 and was nominated “Best New private course” for the year. The greens and course were closed and completely re-done in 2006 and are better than ever.
Cuscowilla @ Lake Oconee
This course is breathtaking for many reasons. The Audubon community has all the natural grasses and magnolias of Georgia with views of Lake Oconee from 13 of the holes. Designed by Ben Crenshaw and architect, Bill Moore in 1997 and is home to the Golf Club at Cuscowilla
